About Me
During a HR career spanning over 20 years, I have led the people strategy within organisational change programs including rapid growth, business process and system change, divestment, mergers and acquisitions within a variety of business sectors in the UK and Australia.
In addition to practical experience, I possess a Masters in Human Resource Management from Bristol Business School, am qualified in administering the Lominger Leadership Architect, Hay Job Evaluation, DISC Profiles, Click! Colours and possess Prince II qualifications. I am a licensed Inquiry Agent & Investigator and Recruitment Services Provider. I am a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Dru Professional Network as a qualified Dru Yoga teacher.
