About Pauline Tarrant, Director 

 

Pauline is an experienced investigator, recruiter, facilitator and human resources consultant whose knowledge base comes from a Masters in Human Resource Management and over 25 years of HR experience.

Although Pauline Tarrant Consulting has no formal affiliations or commercial arrangements with other service providers, much of our work is referred to us through word-of-mouth recommendations from this network and previous clients. 

 

To help get the best solutions for clients, Pauline can recommend external trusted service providers to complement our services and fit your bespoke business requirements. Trusted subcontractors include Steve Kempin, Christine Ross and Denise Sawkins.

Ethics

 

​​Pauline Tarrant Consulting is based in Boorloo on Whadjuk Noongar Boodjar, and acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country across Australia. The organisation actively supports the Uluru Statement and the right to sovereignty of First Nation peoples. We are currently working on developing and enacting our Reconciliation Action Plan.  

 

Pauline Tarrant Consulting is listed as a safe space for the LGBQTI community through the Safe Space Alliance, a LGBTQI+-led non-profit organisation that aims to help people identify, navigate, and create safe spaces for LGBTQI+ communities worldwide.

Pauline Tarrant Consulting is part of the LotteryWest Register of Consultants and the WA NDS Panel for HR & Workforce Planning.


The organisation actively supports charitable and not-for-profit organisations, including membership of 100 Women and 1% For The Planet, along with providing mentorship and guidance to young professionals including AHRI mentoring and the Dress for Success program.
